These intensive workshops will give participants the opportunity to discuss and develop work in progress with North Sea Poet tutors.
Interested participants will be asked to submit an application.

Borrowing her title from an essay by Denise Levertov, Kathleen offers you the opportunity to develop two of your poems. Eight participants will submit two poems in advance for all to read, then we’ll gather on the day and with Kathleen’s guidance, we’ll engage with each other’s work, concentrating on lines, line breaks and diction.

Each sessions will be two hours (with a short break in the middle). You’ll present one poem on the Saturday, the other on the Sunday.

The course is restricted to eight participants.
